The
following Rules will be strictly enforced:
1- No items may be placed on the table after 7:00 PM 2- A limit of 5 Items for sale per member. One of which, is a donation to the Club. 3- Sellers must be current Club Members. 4- All items must be accompanied by an official label supplied in this Bulletin. 5- Specified minimum bids shall be no less than $1.00 Dollar in value. Any material with a minimum bid which is not reached, will be returned to the seller. All bids will be in $1.00 Dollar increments. 6- The Club will accept the proceeds from donated items. 7- For specimens that auction for 25.00 or more Checks may be accepted with proper personal Identification. All other sales will be cash. Cash is preferred. 8- Regular auction sales will apply, with all items going to the highest bidder. Runners will deliver items to the bidder and make change. 9- No one will be allowed to bid on his/ or her items submitted for auction. |
