Each Year this Auction presents an opportunity for our Members to sell their specimens and/or buy some new ones. So- look over your collection and bring minerals, display cases tools, books, lapidary equipment, jewelry supplies, or any item of interest to a mineral collector. Please be selective and bring only top quality material.

There are a few changes to the rules relative to previous years, so please read them carefully.
The following Rules will be strictly enforced:



- Anyone can attend the auction, and anyone can submit items for bidding. If we have an over-abundance of material submitted, we may give priority to items from club members.

- One can submit up to 8 items.

- One can indicate a minimum bid; if that minimum is not reached, the seller can take the item home again.

- Each item must be accompanied by a slip. See PDF Download. just cut on the lines that separate them. Each slip used must be fully filled out except for Selling Price.

- The club will take 10% of the proceeds accruing to each seller at the conclusion of the auction.3 Payouts to sellers occur when the auction is completed.
